To begin with, it's worth remembering that finding blood in your cat's poop always means that something isn't quite right with your friend - even if it's a small amount. "The presence of blood in the feces of cats is less common than in dogs, but it can also be caused by worms, food hypersensitivity, intestinal diseases or by a foreign body in the gastrointestinal tract of the cat.animal", explains the veterinarian.
